However, it is different from Atelier Riri's Arsifab prefabricated residential planning which focuses on developing lifestyle, conceptual and personal character. The research was conducted to understand the formation of a sense of place inherent in its occupants through physical elements with a spatial design analysis approach to its occupancy. Qualitative methods with a case study approach have been used in this research through two stages; Observation stage, explaining physical elements through planning strategies, spatial requirements, and spatial compositions. The interview stage, related to the factors forming the sense of place by Canter are cognitive, behavioral, and emotional. The results concluded, spatial design analysis of sense of place, that : 1) adjust, achieve space needs and focus on accommodating important occupant activities in line with effective and functional behavioral factors, referring to meeting basic needs and supporting activities. 2) increase productivity through space incorporation, avoid space wastage, and suffice areas that adjust the nature of the room in harmony With practical and optimal cognitive factors, refers to the design of room arrangements that prioritize comfort and convenience to achieve quality 3) Achieve efficient personalization of the room, according to the needs and lifestyles of residents in line with compatible emotional factors , refers to satisfaction with the suitability of residents' needs and preferences. text |
