Summary: | Mahajasa, a service platform between students. A platform that helps sell freelancer services (students) to customers (students and SMEs). Mahajasa offers a place for students to be creative, selling their services to the service market. And help provide provisions for freelancers (students) who are members of it to be ready for the world of work and post-campus career preparation. However, to be able to make this happen, Mahajasa wants to know what factors motivate students to join as freelancers at Mahajasa. This research uses a qualitative method where this research uses interviews and observation. Factors that influence increased motivation include work-life balance, flexibility and autonomy, economic incentives, skills development, trust and transparency, unemployment, passion and satisfaction, networking. The interview was conducted by interviewing 5 informants consisting of active freelancers at the Mahajasa Company. The results of this study are that there are 2 (two) dominant factors that influence freelancers to join Mahajasa companies, namely economic incentives and skill development. Mahajasa will create programs to support skills and increasing freelancer motivation that is providing talent mapping, mentoring, webinars and monthly evaluations. |
