Also to analyze the ad production house ecosystem, trends, and competition, with a focus on identifying challenges, opportunities, and a successful business model for Rentjana. The results of the research through comprehensive analysis show that technological advancements, consumer preferences towards video advertising, and competitors have affected all areas of life as well as the business world of the creative industry. The research approach includes qualitative analysis using primary and secondary data sources and several matrices such as VRIO analysis, value proposition, and Ansoff matrix. The results of this study propose to offer a complete concept production package to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), aiming to improve the quality and differentiation of their products through design, branding, and production. This approach facilitates the development of long-term partnerships, expands the network, and increases revenue for Rentjana. Flexibility in pricing is also recommended to provide competitive yet profitable pricing, giving Rentjana a distinct advantage. text
