GAME THEORY MODEL FORWILD RIFT: LEAGUE OF LEGENDS BATTLE SIMULATION
Game theory is a branch of mathematics that studies strategic interaction models between rational agents and focuses on the study of decision-making problems while considering the payoffs or gains from such decision-making. Thus, game theory plays a role in the study of logic, computer science, economics, and other fields. Mobile Online Battle Arena (MOBA) games are a type of real-time strategy game where two opposing teams, each consisting of five players, take on the roles of individual characters and work together to defeat the enemy team. In order to overcome their opponents, players are required to think strategically and make decisions that are superior to the opposing team or players based on the given situation. The selection of decisions or strategies in MOBA is based on several aspects that are already built into the game itself. Some of these aspects, which will be discussed in this final assignment, are the basic character stats, character abilities, items, and character targets based on character classification. Combinations from these aspects can influence the game situation and is commonly considered in this game. In this final assignment, a mathematical model of the MOBA game battle system will be constructed in terms of game theory with a decision-making process carried out by rational players. This model includes defining character objects in the game which consists of the aspects that have been mentioned, target character preferences based on the strong-weak relationships between character classifications in the game, and simulation of battles between groups of characters as a team with the result that the team that survives is the superior group of characters. text |

Mobile Online Battle Arena (MOBA) games are a type of real-time strategy game where
two opposing teams, each consisting of five players, take on the roles of individual
characters and work together to defeat the enemy team. In order to overcome their opponents,
players are required to think strategically and make decisions that are superior
to the opposing team or players based on the given situation. The selection of decisions
or strategies in MOBA is based on several aspects that are already built into the game
itself. Some of these aspects, which will be discussed in this final assignment, are the
basic character stats, character abilities, items, and character targets based on character
classification. Combinations from these aspects can influence the game situation and is
commonly considered in this game.
In this final assignment, a mathematical model of the MOBA game battle system will
be constructed in terms of game theory with a decision-making process carried out by
rational players. This model includes defining character objects in the game which
consists of the aspects that have been mentioned, target character preferences based
on the strong-weak relationships between character classifications in the game, and
simulation of battles between groups of characters as a team with the result that the
team that survives is the superior group of characters. |
