KINETICS OF THE CATALYTIC ISOMERIZATION OF NORMAL HYDROCARBON
The Pt-Al203 catalyzed isomerization of n pentane, nhexane, n-heptane and n-octane was studied at temperatures from 300 to 400°C., total pressures from 10 to 20 atmospheres and hydrocarbon to hydrogen ratios from 1 : 1½ to 1 : 10.
