A mature field is described as a field that has experienced a decline in production. This condition requires a specific method for well candidate selection to maintain or increase production. Technically, well candidate selection can significantly increase oil and gas production in a mature field. During this time, the well candidate selection analysis was not carried out based on the integration of the production and reservoir data. In this study, the well candidate selection analysis is developed based on the relationship between the delta potential and the well opportunity index. The delta potential and the well opportunity index are important parameters to described reservoir and production performance. The selected well candidate will be ranked based on the well potential parameter. The findings of this comprehensive study are expected to contribute for well candidate selection.
