Description
Summary:PT Petra Penida Energi Indonesia is a construction engineering consultancy company. In carrying out the project, timely completion of the project and within the budget are two important things that must be maintained. In the 2018-2020 period, there were 21 projects that experienced issues that made them delayed and over budget. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research to find out what are the main factors that influence the delayed completion time and over budget, and to provide recommendations to prevent project delayed and over budget. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire to PPE Indonesia employees. The factors used in the questionnaire are Employees (X1), Clients (X2), Data (X3), Communication (X4), and Monitoring (X5) towards project timeline and budget. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression to estimate how the dependent variable have relationship to the independent variable. From the results of the analysis, it is obtained that Employees (X1), Clients (X2), and Monitoring (X5) are 3 variables that have a significant relationship on results, based on a significant value of less than 0.05. While the data variables (X3) and communication (X4) have no significant relationship on the results.
