MICE (meeting, incentive, conference, and exhibition) tourism has suffered significantly as a result of the pandemic. The INACRAFT Exhibition Event, which is normally held annually, has been postponed until 2022. It is critical for every stakeholder engaged to contribute according to their capacity in planning MICE tourism, which has been postponed, particularly owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. Various stakeholders in the industry require excellent cooperation and coordination. Therefore, this research aims to identify the role and participation of stakeholders in developing MICE tourism in the form of exhibition events following the COVID19 pandemic. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method along with stakeholder analysis. However, there is a need to enhance stakeholder alignment so that they can synergize and collaborate more effectively. Furthermore, the influence and interests of stakeholders indicate that initiators and organizers play a central role as key players, while government agencies operate as context-setting stakeholders. Likewise, the stakeholders have established coordination and teamwork. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, the establishment of effective and optimal governance by focusing on sustainability and actively incorporating the community is considered as having the potential to improve the quality of MICE tourism implementation. text
