Summary:According to Lord Holme and Richard Watts (1999) Corporate Social Responsibility is the continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community and society at large CSR also bring up some positive result for the company itself, first it could enhance the reputation of the company among the stakeholder. Telkom Indonesia is one of the companies that doing CSR program. Telkom Indonesia collaborates with Yayasan Sahabat Wanita to implement the CSR Program. The chosen village for its particular CSR Program is Ancol Pasir Village in South Tanggerang. This village has potential in the bamboo webbing craft which Telkom and Yayasan Sahabat Wanita intend to raise their potential. This research focus in define whether the program is effective or not. The literature review that related to this research is Community Development, Corporate Social Responsible, and OVOP or One Village One Product. It is also provide case study of OVOP movement that already implemented in several countries. The methodology that the researcher uses is action research which consists of four main stages. The stages of action research are Planning Stage, Acting Stage, Developing Stage, and the last one is Reflecting Stage. The researcher is using Narrative analysis based on the observation and interview result from the data collection. At the end, this research will also give an evaluation for the program in order to improve their performance for the future implemented program. The result of this research shows that the program is not effective in the implementation because there are gaps between expectation and actual implementation. This research also provides a network distribution to be used by the bamboo webbing community. This research could be useful for a company that is willing to do a CSR program in a village.
