Revenue and lead time delivery number are lower than the company’s target and the overall KPI achieved by High Level Management in the company still under company’s standard which is 80%. This study aims to identify improvements through analyzing the current Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework. Low lead time delivery disrupts operations and influences company’s revenue. Additionally, inconsistent KPI achievement signals operational inefficiencies. The thesis seeks to comprehensively address these issues. The study uses diverse methods for a deeper understanding. In-depth interviews gather insights from the High Level Management in the company, while questionnaires provide a broader employee perspective. Meanwhile, observing company's documents has the purpose to gather information regarding the performance gap based on historical data related to employee’s KPI. The analysis conducted consist with external and internal analysis in order to determined the SWOT analysis which could support the establishment of the findings if the research. The findings underscore multiple areas for improvement. These gaps can be filled by implementing a High-Performing Team (HPT) model, drawing from Wageman and Hackman models. The HPT model thrives on collaboration, leveraging collective skills to surpass individual efforts. Fostering an environment that promotes open communication, knowledge sharing, and skills complementary. This approach can potentially address efficiency issues and enhance KPI attainment. The research is significant for its potential to guide Tirta Nusa Persada's transformation. By refining the KPI system and addressing underlying issues, the study aims to provide suitable recommendations.The study suggests that a high-performing team model could bridge these gaps. By nurturing a collaborative culture, the company can potentially revolutionize its cargo transportation and logistics services. The model also provides certain conditions require to increase performance by the implementation of team coaching. text
