The result showed that each vitamin can be properly separated. The recovery meet the requirement except for folic acid and was (112.94 +/- 1.08)% for vitamin B1, (100.93 +/- 0.56)% for vitamin B2; (101.04 +/- 1.05)% for vitamin B6, (98.69 +/- 0.31)% for niacinamide, (98.46 +/- 0.73)% for ascorbic acid in tablets without folic acid, and was (104.46 +/- 4.05)% for vitamin B1, (100.93+/-1.20)% for vitamin B2, (98.71 +/- 1.60)% for vitamin B6, (104.66 +/- 0.54)% for niacinamide, (53.56 +/- 0.25)% for folic acid and (101.71 +/- 4.41)% for ascorbic acid in those with folic acid.
