Description
Summary:DOOgether is the leading healthy lifestyle application in Indonesia that offers easy access and solutions to support healthy lifestyle. Currently, the DOOgether app is available on iOS and Android devices. However, the means to support its services are still weak. Based on user reviews on Google Play since 2021, 21 out of 26 stated that the existing application did not provide a pleasant user experience. This opens an opportunity to design a more optimal interaction for the DOOgether app. The method used to design the interaction design of the DOOgether app is the user- centered design methodology, aiming to build an interaction design that can provide a better user experience than the existing DOOgether app, in accordance with the users’ schemas and mental models. The result of this research is an interactive prototype created with Figma and evaluated by carrying out usability testing using moderated usability study, thinking aloud, and system usability scale (SUS).
