This opens an opportunity to design a more optimal interaction for the DOOgether app. The method used to design the interaction design of the DOOgether app is the user- centered design methodology, aiming to build an interaction design that can provide a better user experience than the existing DOOgether app, in accordance with the users’ schemas and mental models. The result of this research is an interactive prototype created with Figma and evaluated by carrying out usability testing using moderated usability study, thinking aloud, and system usability scale (SUS). text |
