Summary:UMKM Konveksi Romansyah is an UMKM that was founded in 2007, focusing on the fashion sector by selling Muslim clothing, with the main product being the gamis robe. Apart from selling fashion products, UMKM Konveksi Romansyah provides sewing services. Through initial interviews, since 2014, there has been a significant decline in business performance. Business issues such as difficulty meeting demand and increasingly fierce competition hinder strategic objectives. Strategic objectives are not going well, as indicated by business processes that have not been well mapped. Stakeholders and risks have not been mapped and analyzed, so an integrative solution is needed to manage stakeholders and risks to help achieve strategic objectives. Research begins by identifying strategic objectives and their performance. After that, the core business processes were mapped using a cross-industry process classification framework. Then carried out the identification of stakeholders and risks. Then a stakeholder and risk dictionary are designed to obtain the attributes and parameters, followed by calculating the value of the stakeholder and risk attributes. The results of the calculations produce risk and stakeholder maps and a risk-stakeholder mitigation strategy to help achieve strategic objectives. This study mapped 111 core business processes that have 16 stakeholders, 44 risks and 17 opportunities. Key risk indicators, risk appetite, and 10 risk-stakeholder mitigation strategies are designed to help achieve the three strategic objectives of UMKM Konveksi Romansyah.
