Summary: | This final project discusses the design and implementation of a handheld device aimed at
improving the efficiency of plywood calculations in the Getstok Warehouse in Bandung. The
design and implementation focus on the device's power system. The power system is designed
using two separate power sources with rechargeable Li-ion batteries having a capacity of
9600mAh, which are rechargeable. The batteries are connected to a charging module equipped
with a Battery Management System and a voltage converter, transforming the voltage to 5V to
supply power to the system components, namely, Raspberry Pi and monitor. Another set of
batteries and modules are connected to a voltage regulator DC-DC converter, transforming
the voltage to 12V to supply power to the SMD LEDs. The implementation results for the power
system meet the specifications, with a minimum capability of performing 125 calculations
before requiring a recharge. Further development and improvement are necessary to
streamline the device to a single power source and provide a solution with higher power
efficiency. |
