The design and implementation focus on the device's power system. The power system is designed using two separate power sources with rechargeable Li-ion batteries having a capacity of 9600mAh, which are rechargeable. The batteries are connected to a charging module equipped with a Battery Management System and a voltage converter, transforming the voltage to 5V to supply power to the system components, namely, Raspberry Pi and monitor. Another set of batteries and modules are connected to a voltage regulator DC-DC converter, transforming the voltage to 12V to supply power to the SMD LEDs. The implementation results for the power system meet the specifications, with a minimum capability of performing 125 calculations before requiring a recharge. Further development and improvement are necessary to streamline the device to a single power source and provide a solution with higher power efficiency. text |
