Description
Summary:Employee training and development are crucial for a company's competitive edge. While Learning Management Systems (LMS) assist in creating efficient programs, they have limitations. Hence, an AI-based Learning Experience Platform (LXP) is proposed. Despite global LXP growth, adoption in Indonesia is limited. This research, focusing on LXP acceptance in employee training, uses the TOE model and knowledge perception variables to understand influencing factors. Data from 106 professionals in various sectors were processed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS. Results show cost-effectiveness significantly influences LXP adoption intention. The relative advantage factor mediates perceived knowledge and adoption intention. However, government support and organizational culture do not significantly impact adoption intention. Perceived knowledge does not directly affect LXP adoption intention. Based on the findings, LXP developers should prioritize market education and set affordable prices for successful development.
