The conceptual framework centers on job satisfaction, employee engagement, and turnover intention, scrutinizing factors such as career advancement, remuneration, emotional attachment, and commitment. The study reveals undisclosed contributors to turnover, encompassing unrealized ambitions, work-life imbalance, external opportunities, and internal issues. The findings underscore the significance of effective communication, managerial support, and fostering a positive organizational culture in shaping employee decisions. Strategies are recommended to address both tangible elements like compensation and intangible aspects such as recognition and work-life balance. In summary, this qualitative study offers a thorough comprehension of factors influencing turnover amid elevated job satisfaction and engagement. It contributes to HR management literature, providing valuable insights for professionals, executives, and academics navigating employee attrition in a business context. text
