Recent studies by the WHO and the International Labor Organization highlighted a significant rise in deaths due to work overload, emphasizing the need for adjustments in time management and work-life balance. This research aims to explore optimal practices in retail sector work settings to support employees' work-life balance, with a focus on their influence on personal well-being and work effectiveness. Companies that can foster an environment where family and work are integrated can cultivate positive working relationships that produce mutually beneficial outcomes. The Director of Operations of the Grutty Bandung company, the researcher obtained data that the company did quite a lot of overtime for 1 year, the overtime was done because it was to overcome a very tight deadline. If the work has an urgent deadline, then overtime work is used to ensure the work is completed on time. The purpose of this study was to determine how overtime, time management, and job satisfaction affect work-life balance at PT Idricipta Aditama Grutty Shoes, Bags & Fashion Bandung. This study uses a quantitative approach with research methods, namely descriptive and verification analysis, data analysis is done by multiple regression analysis. The source of this research uses primary data with data collection using a questionnaire. The sample of this study were 144 employees at PT Idricipta Aditama Grutty Shoes, Bags & Fashion Bandung using simple random sampling technique. The results of descriptive research indicate that according to respondents' responses Overtime Work, Time Management, Job Satisfaction and Work Balance of PT Idricipta Aditama Grutty Shoes, Bags & Fashion Bandung are in the sufficient category. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between Overtime Work, Time Management, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously on Work-Life Balance, where these variables have an influence of 89.5% on Work-Life Balance. Pasially, there is a negative and significant influence between Overtime Work on Employees' work life balance, there is a positive and significant influence of Time management on Employees' work life balance and there is a positive and significant influence of Job satisfaction on Employees' work life balance. text
