Description
Summary:Despite McKinsey's noted benefits in teaming for insurance agencies, as seen in the 2020 Agent Insights Survey, Sudut Buka Mata Agency under Vision Corporation faced productivity challenges. This study aims to address these challenges by enhancing teaming effectiveness and productivity through the implementation of a strategic organizational system. The approach involves employing defined intercultural communication and conflict management skills. The research examines communication tactics' impact on productivity, investigates effective intercultural communication methods, and classifies SEKATA partners' cultural communication preferences in Indonesia using The Lewis Model. Utilizing a mix of methodologies, including online questionnaires, direct observation, and data analytics, the study reveals obstacles hindering SEKATA Agency's productivity, such as difficulties in connecting with coworkers from diverse cultural backgrounds. Consequently, the research proposes an implementation strategy, including a Business Management Communication strategy, to address these challenges and foster an inclusive culture with effective intercultural communication within the agency.
