Summary: | Today's business developments require companies to comply with business laws and business
ethics. One of the products produced from company awareness is the implementation of CSR
programs, especially community empowerment programs. The success of the Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) program run by the company can be done through various methods. The
Farmer Prosperity Coffee Center Program (SEKOP SENI) is one of the CSR programs run by
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga DPPU Husein Sastranegara in Suntenjaya Village, Bandung,
Indonesia. This program is implemented by empowering coffee farmers with the aim of
improving their welfare comprehensively with guidance and monitoring from the company.
This study uses a comprehensive approach, based on the theoretical foundations of CSR, social
innovation and empowerment. This research measures the program's impact on various
stakeholders and assesses its financial viability. This study also explores the broader
implications of CSR, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance), and SDGs
(Sustainable Development Goals), highlighting the interconnectedness of these three and the
potential for effective change when combined. Recommendations are provided to improve
program strategy, mentoring methodology, and resource efficiency, emphasizing the
importance of aligning CSR initiatives with business strategy for sustainable growth. This
research contributes valuable insights into CSR practices in developing countries, especially in
Indonesia, and underlines the importance of ongoing evaluation to ensure the social, economic
and environmental impacts of these programs.
