Description
Summary:Pekanbaru is the capital city of Riau province with a high population growth rate. Currently, the number of motorized vehicles isn’t proportional to the number of existing roads, causing congestions and triggering air and noise pollution. In responding to these problems, Pekanbaru government launched Trans Metro Pekanbaru as mass public transportation to resolve congestions and pollution also improve the performance of public transportation services. The research was conducted on 430 Trans Metro Pekanbaru passengers obtained through online questionnaires. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results showed the variables that significantly influenced behavioral intention were service quality, satisfaction, and environment attitude. While perceived value had no effect on behavioral intention.
