Summary: | The visual design industry is booming in Indonesia. However, many of the creative actors are facing a pressing challenge of business growth. One of them is Créatifgens Design Studio which is facing a declining sales growth rate. To solve this issue, the AFI framework is implemented. The analysis stage covers the external and internal business environment analysis. Then, the results gained are used to identify the problem’s root cause and generate an effective solution that covers the formulation stage. It turns out that the company has insufficient target market research, a lack of integration between systems, and limited human resources. Therefore, the solutions are divided into a main solution and others solution. The main solution is to centralize the CRM, client project management, and communication channel into one platform. The other solutions consist of upgrading the product according to the target customers’ needs, implementing founders' multi-roles, hiring freelance designers, activating social media, and enrolling in a marketplace. Ultimately, the implementation stage presents the practical values of the solutions designed through the timeline and resources requirement built. Thus, the company needs to focus on strengthening its resources to execute the solutions effectively. |
