Additionally, 767 persons are millennial generation. In order to fulfill the needs of middle and top management, PT. Taspen (Persero) recruited a management trainee (MT) who trainee to become a future leader. This causes Millennials to be prepared to become leaders within a minimum of 1.5 years after being appointed as permanent employees. This research aims to examine the decision making of Millennial Leaders in PT. Taspen (Persero). There are five decision making styles (avoidant, rational, intuitive, dependet and spontaneous) have been identified and validated by using General Decision-Making Style (GDMS). Therefore, it is important to know the natural characteristics possessed by Millennials toward their work period and the type of decision making that influence their competence in making decisions using the Adult Decision-Making Competence (A-DMC) assessment model. The relationship between work period, millennial characteristics and decision-making style toward A-DMC. In this part, the researcher using quantitative method used surveys to collect data. It will use ANOVA and the two-way analysis of variance process by SPSS. The human resources division as the object of research in qualitative form to find out how far management supports millennial leaders in decision making by providing a conducive work environment. The recommendation for young executives should attend the leadership training or sharing knowledge that focus on their decision-making style as the concerns of business strategies and making best alternatives. text
