Construction of Creative Center in Bintaro Jaya, South Tangerang, as the Central Government’s commitment to developing the national creative economy, aims to promote appreciationn to arts itself. This final project has the objective of designing the management aspect of the project that complies with local standards regarding costs, duration, quality, and health. Scope of works analyzed include preparation work, earthwork, lower structure work, upper structure work, as well as pavement and parking facilities work. Creative Center in Bintaro Jaya, consisting of two basement floors and 4 upper floors with the height of 4,2 meters for each floor, is constructed using bottom-up method. Equipments productivity analysis, production rate, as well as workers’ productivity, along with quantity take-off results, are used to esimate the construction cost and to design its scheduling. The construction of Creative Center commences on January 1, 2024, with a direct-cost of Rp103.775.235.730,30 and an indirect-cost of Rp10.704.895.807,64, and finishes on April 23, 2025 (478 days).
