The complexity of the business exceeds the capacity of existing technology, especially when it comes to computing perfect blend scenarios. A key component of this digitalization program is reflection on past experiences, which provides priceless insights on how to welcome and implement technologies in an efficient manner. This study's applying Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) combined with purchase decision theory to identify what are main factors that contribute the most significantly to supporting the adoption of technology. The 77 prospective members of the PT. CKPE production team were then given the questionnaire. Despite scheduling restrictions, 40 replies were received from the chosen participants, with respect to gender, 83% of the sample consisted of men, and 18% of the respondents were women, which ran from December 2023 to January 2024. The main tools used to collect data are structured questionnaires that are given out to respondents who meet the predetermined criteria. Following the collection of replies, the SmartPLS 4.0.9.9 application is used to process them. From the study known that Performance and Effort expectancy positively effecting users behavioral intention. Furthermore, Behavioral Intention positively effecting users use of behavior to adopt digital production platform in PT. CKPE. Unanticipated situational factor and attitude of other hasn’t significant mediating influence, meanwhile age and experience also hasn’t moderating effect within the behavioral intention and use of behavior pathways. Policymakers should be thinking about raising the platform's level of performance by adding features and run trial operations or pilot testing to lower users' perceived effort expectations and increase their behavioral intention. Promote a good mindset by sending out encouraging messages to all staff members on a regular basis will improve usage behavior. text
