The designs of these bridges vary greatly depending on the design consultant. Generally, cost aspects are not considered in the design planning of PCI Girders, even though the construction costs of PCI Girders greatly impact the total cost of the bridge's superstructure. Based on this, evaluation and optimization of PCI Girder design is necessary to save construction costs for bridges on the Trans Sumatera toll road. Evaluation and optimization of PCI Girders were carried out by modeling variations of PCI Girders and bridge widths using the structural analysis software MIDAS Civil. There are 16 types of Girder variations and 4 bridge width variations. Each model is evaluated for cross-sectional capacity including stress, deflection, ultimate bending and ultimate shear, and the structural cost of the bridge superstructure is also calculated from the model. Optimization is carried out by changing the CTC Girder on the model that provides the minimum cost value and meets the criteria for the evaluation results of its cross-sectional capacity. Based on the analysis results, the optimization of PCI Girders for variations in bridge width, Girder type and CTC is as follows: bridge width 7.5 m with Girder type 30C, 35A, 40C with CTC 2.2 m; bridge width 9 m with Girder type 16B, 25B, 30C, 35A, 40C with CTC 2.4 m; bridge width 12.7 with Girder type 16B with CTC 2.2 m and Girder type 25B, 30C, 35A, 40C with CTC 2.55 m; bridge width 17.8 m with Girder type 16B with CTC 2.3 m and Girder type 25B, 30C, 35A, 40C with CTC 2.55 m. The optimization results of PCI Girders can provide a cost reduction of 20.97% for the cost of the bridge superstructure.<p align="justify"> text
