In the continuous culture system, E. fluorescens showed the same result and did not show any recovery. E. coil was first inhibited but recovered after a certain period. The results obtained from these two methods indicate that the presence of pesticides in the environment can be detected by meausuring those bacterial respiration and also these two methods can be used for monitoring pesticides residues in the environments . text
