In psychology, escapism is defined as the attempt to avoid reality, which only serves to reinforce anxiety. Color plays a crucial role in this game as it influences emotions and cognition, with the use of black and white, pastels, and neon colors to represent the main character's psychological states. According to Barthes (2006), fashion is a means of self-expression that can convey nonverbal messages. Therefore, the game OMORI can be translated into a fashion collection, especially with streetwear, as it is closely linked to pop culture, utilizing visual elements such as shape, color, and texture through techniques like dye-painting, patchwork, applique, and embroidery to depict the freedom from the cycle of escapism. text
