Description
Summary:Medical and healthcare personnel have a vital role to play in drug side effects reporting, but the abundance of service obligations has resulted in the inhibition of side effect reporting. To enhance efficiency, a website was developed that can be accessed anytime and anywhere to make it easier to access material sustainably and report side effects promptly. The study aims to evaluate the ESO Education and Reporting website 'Pak Osman' owned by SF ITB regarding its ease of use and satisfaction before it can be widely used. The research was conducted using quasi-experimental, pre- and post-test methods done in January-May 2024 in Bandung City. The research uses data sources such as a questionnaire, a single ease question system (SEQ), and a system usability scale (SUS) that are distributed directly and conducted in two stages. The sample in this study is health, medical, and IT staff working in the area of Bandung, 10 people. Data is processed through descriptive and statistical analysis. The method of statistical analysis used is a paired t-test. The results of the study showed a score of 5.77 out of 7 for the SEQ test in the first phase and increased to 6.56 out of 7 in the second phase. The SUS test obtained a score of 74.25 out of 100 in the first stage, which was the category Excellent with a grade of B, then increased in the second phase with a score of 86 out of 100 in the category Best Imaginable and grade A+. From this research, it can be concluded that health professionals, medical personnel, and IT experts can easily use this website and are satisfied with its usefulness. With this website, medical and health personnel can easily access material about ADR and can report to ADR more easily.
