The nicotine content in smoke of cigarette A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I was 0.23 plus minus 0.01, 0.26 plus minus 0.01, 0.25 plus minus 0.01, 0.25 plus minus 0.01, 0.25 plus minus 0.01, 0.18 plus minus 0.02, 1.12 plus minus 0.04, 1.37 plus minus 0.05, 1.42 plus minus 0.06 mg/g tobacco and in lung, kidney and liver 20.79 plus minus 1.52, 0.98 plus minus 0.05 and 3.53 plus minus 0.26 pg/g organ respectively. text
