This paper discusses ACP (Actor-to-acto Communication Procedure) as an alternative library for distributed system's communication mechanism. This ia a hybrid library between modern object oriented IPC (Interprocess Communication) and recently popular peer-to-peer system. With this characteristic, ACP enables economic aspect of distributed system to be increased with elimination of the need of high end server. text
