The training program is one of key success factor to create competency-based human resources.<p> <br />

This research attempted to conduct a training need analysis based on job competence that focused on Human Resources division at PT. XYZ Distribusi Jawa barat dan Banten (DJBB). This analysis aimed to knew what training that match for employee base their job competency profile especially in non technical competency (core and leadership competency) as requirements in order to reach the best performance. The data was collected by a direct survey using interview method and take a several data and journal books from company. Using workflow approach as conceptual framework has three step which are : (1) Data collection; (2)analysis of job description of each level, making a group of core and leadership competencies and make a training module; and finally (3) validation. The validation step done by interviewing the management to assess the training and the module of training.<p> <br />

This step that company should do to implement the programs are: need assessment, ensuring readiness for training, creating a learning environment, ensuring transfer of training, selecting the training method and evaluating the training program. The recommendation of this research is PT. XYZ Distribusi Jawa barat dan Banten (DJBB) should try to implement the E-Learning training methods. |
