The objective is to design a partnership model that balances the diverse interests of various stakeholders for long-term success and support transition into sustainable energy in Indonesia. Furthermore, this study emphasizes stakeholders’ engagement through participatory approach. Utilizing SSM, the study develops a robust partnership model. Data from interviews, document analysis, and market studies reveal a phased approach for different fuel types, with Land Owner and EHS as shareholders in all Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Findings from the study emphasize the value of stakeholder management and collaboration in fostering environmentally friendly energy sources and operational success.
