Cibinong District, Bogor Regency is a densely populated metropolitan area. In the Bogor Regency RPJMD, the water service target is 100%, so it is necessary to uprate the capacity of water installations in line with population growth. The water source for the WTP Cibinong 2 is the Ciliwung river which is right next to the WTP location. There are three raw water parameters that do not reach the quality standards of Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 22 of 2023, namely turbidity, iron, and total coliform. The construction of the WTP Cibinong 2 has a production capacity of 1000 LPS which is carried out in 2 periods, namely 500 L/s in 2024 and 500 L/s in 2035. The installation will be divided into 2 compartments of 250 L/s each. Alternative 1 was selected using conventional treatment technology, namely through an intake unit with a bar screen, hydraulic coagulation, hydraulic flocculation with baffle, sedimentation with tube settler, filtration with silica sand media, and disinfection with chlorine, as well as a reservoir to accommodate clean water. The calculation of the investment cost (CAPEX) for the construction of Cibinong 2 500 L/s is Rp192,665,108,000.00 and the annual maintenance and operational costs (OPEX) are Rp12,796,594,164 The results of the feasibility analysis of the WTP Cibinong 2 project using NPV stated that there was a profit of Rp355,691,247,416 from 20 years of operation. The results of the investment feasibility analysis of the WTP Cibinong 2 using BCR stated that the investment was feasible because it had a BCR value of 1.62. text
