Summary:Employee performance is a measurement of the extent of an employee's ability to fulfil their duties and responsibilities effectively and non-physical work environment become one of the factors in improving employee performance. This study mainly aims to determine and analyze the factors that affecting on interpersonal relationship. This research uses a quantitative approach. sing a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was distributed to 60 active employees of BAPPENDA Cimahi City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test. The results of this study indicate that communication and social work environment simultaneously affect interpersonal relationships. The results also show that partially communication and social work environment have an effect on interpersonal relationships.
