Description
Summary:The Alam Sutera Public Library Building is intended to create a public space that creates an interactive social environment. The building with a footprint area of approximately 14,000 m2 consists of a basement floor, ground floor, mezzanine floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor. The plumbing system used to provide clean water uses a roof tank with two water sources, namely clean water from PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja and recycled water. The water requirement for the library building is 33.49 m3 . The volume of the primary clean water bottom tank required is 20 m3 and for the primary clean water top tank, it is 5 m3 , while for the secondary water bottom tank, it is 19 m3 and for the secondary water top tank it is 3 m3 . For wastewater, a separate plumbing system is used to separate dirty water and used water. The generation of wastewater from the PDAM water source is 26.79 m3 /day with the generation of used water of 21.43 m3 /day. The vent uses a loop system. Rainwater will enter the roof drain and be channeled by a vertical rainwater pipe which will then enter the secondary lower tank. The number of sprinklers needed is 702 sprinklers. The planned budget required is Rp. 3,063,579,102
