Duration of heating were-varied from 1,2,3,6,12,16,20 and 37 days. Variation of thickness 6f,the oxyde. measured using optical. mic roscopic and SEM method'shaw the material was oxydation resist. ant'end did not fully obey one of the law of rate of incre ment of thickneas,e.g. parabolic equation, inverse logarithmic equation or cubical equation. Hall effect was also applied to investigate,but satisfactory result was not found. X-ray diffraction pattern indicated no significance structure change. text |
