Description
Summary:Technology companies in Indonesia face challenges in predicting and meeting future workforce needs due to the rapid changes in innovation and the adoption of new technologies. Therefore, this research focuses on the development of a software model for a Workforce Demand Forecast System using the waterfall model to help companies effectively plan their human resource needs. The system projects the required workforce based on the analysis of project data, division, and the company's financial conditions. Evaluation through expert judgment and consistency checks shows that this system successfully meets user needs, supports strategic decision-making for the company, and presents a coherent and non-contradictory system model. As a result, this system is capable of automating the workforce planning process more efficiently and accurately, making a significant contribution to the company’s growth and innovation.
