The system projects the required workforce based on the analysis of project data, division, and the company's financial conditions. Evaluation through expert judgment and consistency checks shows that this system successfully meets user needs, supports strategic decision-making for the company, and presents a coherent and non-contradictory system model. As a result, this system is capable of automating the workforce planning process more efficiently and accurately, making a significant contribution to the company’s growth and innovation. text |
