The analysis begins with the creation of an Ultimate Pit Limit design to determine the extractable mineral reserves, reaching 83.8% of the total resources due to technical limitations such as overall slope angles and the company's mining business permit (WIUP) boundaries. The resulting mine plan design indicates that peak production is achieved in 2036 with a target tonnage of 576 thousand tons. To meet this target, 3 units of PC 200 Excavator for kaolin and overburden excavation, and 5 units of Hino FM 260 Dump Truck are required. Economic analysis shows the highest net value of 6.1 billion rupiah in 2034, with a total net value of 64.4 billion rupiah. Revenue reaches 204.26 billion rupiah, while costs amount to 139.85 billion rupiah. The results of this research highlight the importance of thorough planning in the mining industry to achieve optimal production and profitable economic outcomes. The implementation of an efficient mine design and scheduling strategy is key to successfully maximizing the utilization of mineral resources within the given permit limits. text |
