This thesis designs an application that enables users to go through the entire recruitment process on a single platform, from job searching to interviews and selection tests. This research employs the User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology, which consists of four stages: determining the context of use, identifying user needs, developing design solutions, and evaluation. During the user needs identification stage, information was collected and analyzed to understand users' goals, tasks, and preferences through questionnaires. Subsequently, design solutions were developed through brainstorming, prototyping, and iteration, with the creation of low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. Evaluation was conducted using the Single Ease Question (SEQ), System Usability Scale (SUS), and Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI) methods. The application's frontend implementation was built using the React framework and tested through black box testing to ensure all functionalities worked as expected. The results demonstrate that the UCD approach is effective in understanding user needs. text |
