Valuation calculations using the DCF method provide possible risks by considering three possible scenarios, namely realistic, optimistic, and pessimistic. The realistic scenario provides a picture with the assumption that there will be moderate growth and stable market conditions resulting in a company value of IDR 181,831,171. For this type of assessment to be possible, Pet&Co needs to adopt a strategic plan that includes implementation such as KPIs and ways to optimize resources across all divisions in the company. |
