Pet&Co is a startup operating in the pet health supplement segment which was founded because of the critical problems faced by pets, such as poor appetite, digestion issues, and skin conditions. This company is likely to experience significant growth shortly due to the projected increase in the pet care market and focus on sales of pet care products. Therefore, the company has prepared a detailed evaluation to attract new investors. This consists of an analysis of the company's internal and external conditions. Valuation calculations using the DCF method provide possible risks by considering three possible scenarios, namely realistic, optimistic, and pessimistic. The realistic scenario provides a picture with the assumption that there will be moderate growth and stable market conditions resulting in a company value of IDR 181,831,171. For this type of assessment to be possible, Pet&Co needs to adopt a strategic plan that includes implementation such as KPIs and ways to optimize resources across all divisions in the company.
