Summary:One of the important aspects to influence employees in an organization is leadership style. In today’s business, Gen Z workers have filled more than 50% job opportunities in Indonesia. The differences in characteristics between Generation-Z and previous generations create new challenges for companies in managing organizational leadership. Factors such as leadership styles and job satisfaction are considered important and attractive to the generation Z workforce. Choosing a better leadership style can improve job satisfaction and organization goals. This study was to assess if there is a relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction in Jakarta. The sample size was targeted to 121 Fresh Graduate who just enter the workforce maximum 2 years. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire. The research method used was descriptive and quantitative. Data Analysis was performed by Excel and SPSS. According to the result, there was a significant relationship between leadership style and Job satisfaction. The study found that Leadership styles have a significant effect towards Gen Z Employees Job Satisfaction. Transactional leadership, transformational leadership and Situational Leadership have positive impact, while Laissez-Faire Leadership has negative impact. Based on the result, Transactional Leadership is the most suitable Leadership Style for Gen Z Employees in Jakarta. Thus, based on the findings, there is a significant relationship between leadership style and Gen Z Employees Job satisfaction in Jakarta.
