This is also implemented at PT Pertamina EP, Zona 9 - Sangatta Field. To maintain the company's performance, Sangatta Field has implemented the People Development process that has been carried out so far. However, over time and with the development of the era, People Development at Sangatta Field can be done more effectively and efficiently based on the research results in this research. This research aims to find the best methods in developing people competencies. Based on the conceptual framework of people development at PT Pertamina EP, it consists of three main pillars: People, Process, and Technology. Each pillar has a specific influence and purpose in realizing an ideal people development system. The 'People' pillar aims to create high-quality human resources with the best work outcomes, from the lowest to the highest positions in the company. The 'Process' pillar aims to create an effective and efficient system. The 'Technology' pillar aims to support the company's progress in achieving production targets and sustainable sustainability. By conducting research using qualitative methods, it was found that within each pillar, a specific or main program is needed that has the most impact on the company's progress. Mutation or job rotational replacement has a significant impact on improving company performance through the 'People' aspect. Talent & Matrix Development captures all employee aspirations according to each worker's interests and talents, and determining the appropriate training according to employee needs can enhance worker competencies, thereby advancing the company. text
