The concept of a capsule wardrobe seeks to address these challenges by providing practical, comfortable, versatile and durable clothing solutions for career women. This research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, utilizing purposive sampling and experimental techniques to gain deeper insights into the capsule wardrobe concept. The study involves four participants over 30 days, implementing a capsule wardrobe as daily work attire for career women in Jakarta, Indonesia. Data collection methods include interviews and experiments adapted from Project 333. The findings of this study are expected to facilitate career women in selecting their daily attire from a limited yet versatile wardrobe, reducing time spent choosing outfits and avoiding impulsive purchases. Beyond reducing the negative impact of fast fashion, a capsule wardrobe also supports the creation of a consistent professional image. By selecting appropriate and professionally aligned clothing, career women can enhance their self confidence and leave a positive impression in the workplace. text
