Summary: | With an emphasis on scenario planning to handle upcoming obstacles, this study examines
tactics for Indonesian digital banking platforms. The digital banking industry in Indonesia is
expanding quickly due to advancements in technology and shifting consumer expectations, but it
also confronts significant obstacles like shifting regulations, intense rivalry, cybersecurity
threats, and inadequate financial literacy. Using Allo Bank as a case study, the research assesses
strategic solutions to significant uncertainties in technology, consumer behavior, and regulation
using PESTLE and SWOT analysis in addition to scenario planning. The study's findings
demonstrate that scenario-based planning can increase flexibility in the digital banking industry,
enabling Allo Bank to take the initiative to address market obstacles and seize opportunities. To
remain competitive in a changing regulatory environment, it is advised to invest in regulatory
compliance, create technology for safe digital operations, and pursue ongoing innovation. This
study highlights how crucial adaptable tactics are to ensuring long-term growth in Indonesia's
dynamic digital banking sector. |
