In 2019, the government carried out the construction of the MRT Jakarta Phase 2A line from Bundaran HI Station to Kota Station which is a national strategic project. The construction of the Mass Rapid Transit CP201 is expected to overcome this problem, but it faces challenges due to soft soil conditions that can cause land subsidence and potentially affect the deformation of underground tunnels. Design of the tunnel MRTCP201 was built for a period of 100 years. Monitoring of land subsidence with InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) in Central Jakarta Administrative City shows an average rate of 1-10 cm/year. Monitoring of land subsidence continues to be carried out to determine the condition of subsidence that occurs all the time. This study aims to evaluate the contribution of natural consolidation factors to land subsidence on the CP201 MRT tunnel line. The method used is analytical method using one-dimensional consolidation theory and numerical method using finite elements. The results show that land subsidence due to natural consolidation is predicted to range from 0.2-3.6 m until the maximum time 220-1983 years. In the 100th year, the rate of land subsidence that occurred reached 0.08-2.91 cm/year. The results of the analysis based on analytical and numerical methods have positive correlation with difference less than 15%. The value of land subsidence at each borehole varies and has difference subsidence at each point, so it can affect the deformation in the tunnel. Analysis of land subsidence showed that the difference of subsidence at research site do not have a significant impact on CP201 MRT tunnel. Results of the analysis are expected to provide insight into these hazards and contribute to the development of geotechnical conditions in the future. Adaptations need to be made to minimize the impacts that can occur, such as spatial planning, early warning systems, monitoring of subsidence characteristics, and the rate of land subsidence. text
