In this research, the FRP sheet used was made of aramid material, well known as kevlar. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The aim of this study is to review the researches that have been conducted, adding the similar research database for Indonesia, giving the fundamental information on mechanism of shear failure on beam which is strengthened by kevlar sheets, and analyzing the truss analogy approach and modified compression field. text
